Save NowMy grandson was thrilled to receive the Shrimp Bubble for Christmas. I was impressed on the packaging of the shrimp and bubble and Customer service was excellant.
Received my shrimp bubble over two weeks and
All 4 shrimp lived. I emailed before it shipped and asked for a snail and they included it in with the shrimp. Overall they are a great company and it shipped relatively fast since the weather was hot was delayed. Only wish would be if they offered bigger sized glass ecospheres but overall I’m happy. I work from home and I watch my shrimp all day at work !
Replacement shrimp were delivered alive and well and are adapting to their new environment. I’m very pleased. Thank you
Communication was good. Had an issue with delayed shipping in the cold and my first kit arrived all dead but this was replaced for me free of charge. I love the little guys. Bring a lot of joy.
The bottle the shrimp came in had spilled all through the package, leaving it approximately 1/4 full. The shrimp were very sluggish. I luckily had a little bit of the extra water left from an order +4 months ago. Surprisingly, after about 3 days they finally perked up and are now fine.
...so wonderful that I purchased two more!
Good package to refresh your water and keep everybody healthy. Minimal maintenance makes for pets kids and teens can accomplish without angst.
I love my shrimp bubble! Thankfully, I received my package before all the shrimpies perished. UPS took 4 days from the day shipped to deliver...horrible shipping & delivery service! I will buy again from Shimp Bubble without a doubt!
Giving this 4 out of 5 only because one of the two I just got the glass bubble itself is so warped you cannot see through it at all. 4 out of 5 as well because the customer service is awful at responding to questions. But the shrimp are so sweet I just love them and I am sure to always be doing right by them and give them what they need! I have three now and I just love looking at them and watching all their little habits!
I have had my bubble (3 shrimp going strong!) since January 2019. This is the second time I have replaced their water. The kit comes with a funnel, a transfer pipette and a receiving cup, making the changing process very simple. It's been over a week since their most recent water change and they look as happy as ever!
I also bought with the fresh water new algae and food. Hoping to keep these guys/gals around in my lab for as long as possible!
Gave this to my wife for Xmas and she loves it. She put the bubble in her office so she can keep an eye on the shrimp daily....they've become part of the family! My college senior son also became interested so I bought one for him as well and he's also really enjoying it. Clever idea with the ecosystem. I can tell that the folks running the business really care about the shrimp as well, since we had to wait until the weather was warm enough again for my son's shipment to go.
Bought brackish water from ShrimpBubble and all I did was added two packets into my existing aquarium, and my shrimps are happy. Their water is safe and healthy for my shrimps
Came quickly and was well packaged. First one I got from Amazon and didn’t realize there were a bunch of different sand colors, so ordered the second direct for the natural sand and stuff. They came a little lethargic and I thought one of them was tangled up in the algae and maybe dead, but after a little bit of time in their new home they started moving around a bit more. They are currently my “work pets” sitting on my side unit next to my desk (so they’re out of any direct sunlight my desk can get).
First group is doing well at home, but are much smaller than the second group, not sure if they shrank because of the conditions in my home (maybe I need to find a better spot for them) or if they were always just smaller and the second group were a bit chonk. Either way, both groups doing well, got some food to give them every couple of weeks (or more usually will do closer to monthly).
Looking forward to when they have those bubble coasters/bases available
Six years ago I bought an enclosed ecosystem from a competitor. After about a year all of the shrimp died save for one that had babies. My heart broke when all the babies died so I saved the last remaining shrimp in a jar.
It looked lonely so I went to Shrimp Bubble to get her some more friends.
The shrimp from Shrimp Bubble were considerably healthier and larger than the competitor's. Their ecosystems were cute, they had openings so you could interject if needed, and they also offered food, water changes, additional algae to keep your new buddies healthy.
Over the years I've purchased at least 3 more Shrimp Bubbles for friends and family.
For my birthday I upgraded the lone shrimp's jar to a 1-gallon habitat. After one more set of 4 (purchased 4 sets of 4 in total), my tank will be complete...
and my original six year old friend will have somewhere beautiful to "retire" (for the next 14+ ish years).
